On the surface, it would appear that is all there is to it, yet the machine, while the reason people first begin to come to the group is not central to our focus. Simpy put, we love the community. Originally I started a group with the machine because statistics proved that if people belonged to a cancer group, they would live at least two years longer than the control group. This was proved over and over again in the research trials. I had no idea that the life the group would take on a life of its own and be just as healing as the Rife machine. We support each other in our joys and in our sorrows. We laugh and we cry together and we look forward each week to sharing ourselves. Nothing ever leaves the room. There is no gossip. There is only the common experience of acceptance of who we are. That is very healing. We meet every Wednesday, rain or shine at ten o'clock in the morning. Some people come all the time and others come when then can. Our statistics have become impressive. We have had tumours disappear and people heal when they were told they were terminal. Seriously terminal. We have discovered hope, joy and the pleasure of being accepted totally and unconditionally. Now I know why the research studies showed that the groups live at least two years longer. Where else does one find such determination, optimism and focus except in a group, who when faced with serious diagnoses, says "watch my dust. I am going to live and live fully". Come and join us. The only thing you have to lose is your isolation.
